Lead Product Designer at Delhivery, with 10+ years across B2C, B2B, and platform-first companies — Jio, Swiggy Dineout, Times Internet, and a few startups. Design is impact: it connects people, scales products, and drives growth.
Life felt slower and simpler. With limited access to tech, I became deeply observant — curious about things I couldn't afford but always tried to understand. That habit of paying attention still shapes how I solve problems.
At IIIT Allahabad I led the design & marketing wing of our tech society and worked on front-end projects. I started noticing design in everything — teamwork, conversations, problem-solving. That's when design found me.
India's startup boom brought urgency. At Times Internet I moved fully into product design — solving for scale, speed, and real-time users — and represented our team at Facebook's product event alongside Amazon, Flipkart, and MMT. Design became data-driven and mobile-first.
Covid slowed the world, and so did I. I stepped away to prepare for the Civil Services and reflect on people, systems, and purpose — while shaping design strategy for a travel-tech startup. I didn't clear the exam, but the clarity stays with me.
Returning felt intentional. I joined Jio, and now lead product design at Delhivery across high-impact logistics and supply-chain verticals. The systems thinking from my Civil Services journey now guides how I lead teams and scale impact.
Highlights that shaped my journey — small wins, real impact, and the values I bring to work and life.
It's about moving, giving, and being present — through travel, long rides, shared impact, and quiet moments with nature.
I've explored 6–7 countries to understand how people live and create — shaping how I see culture, storytelling, and design as contextual.
From a solo Gurgaon–Dehradun ride to club events and health-awareness cyclothons — cycling is where I find rhythm. It keeps me grounded and present.
With NGOs like CRY Foundation and Robin Hood Army, I've supported education, food drives, and community outreach. Impact starts close to the ground.
My best thinking happens in nature or with Luna & Bruno, my occasional life coaches. I believe in simple living, deep observation, and presence.
Whether it's a complex system to untangle or a product to scale — I'd love to hear what you're building.
